Configured Contact Displays to not use the checkout (baseline/working copy) workflow process so that they can be edited while published

Removed a superfluous "Edit Draft" action from Contact Folders and Contact Displays. These types do not create working copies and can be edited directly.

Corrected an issue where some content that does not create a working copy (Files, Images, etc.) could not be deleted

Added a new personalized report in the User dropdown, "My Content". This enables one to search for all content by you or another user and in various workflow states.
The new "Edit Draft" link will create a new draft if there isn't a working copy currently, or it will link to the edit page of that working copy if it does exist. This is now the standard procedure for creating a working copy.
Added new transitions to go straight from Draft to Published, if the current user is both an Editor and a Review (or a Site Administrator).
Several wording changes were made to workflow and checkout processes for the sake of clarity.

Added some text on upload pages to inform users about uploading sensitive or personal identifying information.

Minor cosmetic changes on table of contents on Page content and on versioning history pages.

Made the "Advanced..." workflow action conditional upon being able to edit. This effectively removes it when content is published.

Subscription notification emails in HTML format now include the full URL for Images and Files. Other content types continue to display the Title in this case.
Fixed a minor CSS issue on album listings for folders.
Removed a link to a nonexistent "touch_icon.png" in the header.
Made cosmetic changes to the History page and added a CSRF token to links in this area to prevent a false positive warning.

Addressed an issue where link integrity checks (deleting content that other content links to) would not work in some cases for migrated content.
Added content creator and modifier information to subscription email notifications.

Made a change to the behavior when visiting a page that requires more permissions. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted for credentials. If you are already logged in, you will be directed to a page informing you that you do not have permission to view it.

Fixed a bug when editing a Link that did not properly allow you to hide and show fieldsets by tab (Default, Settings, Categorization, etc)
Change the behavior of event pages to display the full URL if a website has been added.

Fixed an issue with using an ampersand and select other characters in certain form fields. This pertains to form fields that allow multiple items to be selected from a search or dropdown, such as the "Tags" field.

Fixed an issue where the user would incorrectly be prompted to login when already logged in as a user that does not have access to the page.

Corrected the search results when searching by relevancy. These results were mistakenly sorted by increasing relevancy instead of decreasing.
Provided a more user friendly message when attempting to delete content that is locked.
Updated the link to FOIA to use the https protocol on NIH sites.
Reverted a previous security change that was deemed overly aggressive. This prevented javascript from being able to see that the user had copied content in the folder contents page, and thus disabled the paste button.

Fixed an issue where the sort tabs on the search results page were not working as expected.

Applied Plone security hotfixes.
Changed some cookie behavior to always require the requesting protocol be HTTPS.
Changed "download" links in folder listings to be designated as inline, instead of attachment. This will allow them to be opened in the browser if your settings and the content type allow it.

File download links in folder listings have been changed to always use the filename of the file, instead of the short name of the page it is on. The short name is a portion of the URL e.g. http://mysite.org/folder/my-file. This was primarily a concern where a file was uploaded and then replaced by a different file.
Further support for ADFS logins was added for some sites.

Clarified the notification message received when content enters the user's review list. This feature continues to require being enabled on a per user basis, and is off by default.

Updated the events portlet to show Group Published content where applicable, in addition to Published. Users are still required to have permission to view content in this state.
Fixed an issue where the form to add a user account from contact information was broken in some cases.
Fixed an issue where subscription notifications would sometimes not use the most up to date title of the site.
