Release Notes - Public Sites

Updated the events portlet to show Group Published content where applicable, in addition to Published. Users are still required to have permission to view content in this state.
Fixed an issue where the form to add a user account from contact information was broken in some cases.
Fixed an issue where subscription notifications would sometimes not use the most up to date title of the site.

Added an option to receive notifications when content enters a reviewer or editor's work list. This option is set on a per user basis and is off by default.
Updated and standardized the workflow behavior for Collections. Collections can be private or published and cannot be checked out.
Fixed an issue where some content types used the standard checkout workflow (private, pending, published) but could not be checked out. Since published content in this workflow must be checked out to be edited, these types could not effectively be changed. This effected News Items, Contacts, and Events.
Removed the link to cancel a checkout from the baseline content. To cancel a checkout you must do so from the working copy.

Fixed an issue where the title text for links in the calendar portlet were not rendered correctly
Added a link when viewing an event occurrence, which points to the main event entry. To modify an even occurrence you must edit the main event entry.

Change the workflow behavior of Files and Images. They can no longer be checked out but can be edited when in the published state. Only two states are possible: private or published.

Added an external link indicator for all NIH sites. This adds a small icon and link to all links that are external and not .gov sites.
Improved performance of LaTeX images generated through the wysiwyg editor.
