Contact Lists
Each portal comes with a Contacts folder designed to store contact information for the site. Contact information can be address information, and organization and committee membership details for individuals related to a study or project. Contacts do not have to be users of the site who have usernames and passwords to access the site.

Using the Filters to Find People or Groups
To quickly find a single person or group of people within a large contact list, use the filters located at the top of the page to search on:
-
Name – Enter a name or select from the drop-down menu. This is useful for locating a person within a multiple-page contact list.
-
Category – Select a category like an organization or institution to find all the contacts who belong to that category.
-
Groups – Useful for finding all the contacts assigned to a particular working group or committee.
- Job Titles – Select a job title to find all contacts with that job title.
When one or more filtering categories is selected, the search result shows only contacts that meet the specified criteria.
The filters to display are available and set in the Contacts folder's edit form. If desired, the filters can be hidden partially or completely.
