Group Space Roles
There are four permission-based roles that can be assigned to users or groups when granting access to a group space.
- Viewer: Can view content published to the group.
- Contributor: Can add and edit their own content within the group space, but cannot view private content created by other members.
- Editor: Can add and edit any content within the group space, including private content created by other members.
- Access Manager: Can give access to the group space to portal users and groups, and can add and edit any content within the group space, including private content created by other members.

There are several reports available to Site Administrators to help track and review overall portal groups and group space assignments and permissions.
