History and Versioning

HistoryThe History option on the toolbar displays the revision and workflow history of a content.  All content types' workflow history (e.g., when created, published, and made private) is tracked.  A new version is created each time a workflow state or content is changed.  For the following content types, comparisons between revisions and reversions to any previous version are also provided:

  • Pages
  • News Items
  • Events
  • Contacts

To access the History/Revision table of a content item, select the item and click the History tab on the toolbar.
